Yea thats the CWest one right? Looks like the Seibon one is a copy of that. I'm not a fan of the center duct thats why I'd like a real TS style one.

Well, that center duct is to cool the engine. You don't see any of the big names getting rid of it because it's very useful.

The C-West hood will not be as high quality as hoods by Varis or any of the other high-end names. It only weighs about seven pounds, but it's also designed for racing. The carbon weave is questionable and there will be blemishes in it. I sent mine back and ordered a Varis hood (that I'm still waiting on...).

Trust me. I had the hood. I saw the blemishes. I could post pics later if you like. It was a piece of crap. My body shop guy does a lot of imports and his exact words were, "I wouldn't put this on a ricer Honda."

The difference in the C-West hood and their other products is that the hood is specifically made for racing, not show. If quality is down but the hood is super light, well, they don't mind. They also tried to give me the runaround when I said the hood wasn't in good shape. I'll never buy from them again.

Good luck with Seibon. All of the hoods I've seen from them have fitment issues. Gaps, especially.
