sadly a lot of manufacturers really don't know what they're smoking. once upon a time seibon really did make true dry carbon hoods...but that was the late 90's, and on simple hoods with big flat surfaces. saw it on one of their show cars way back in the day. now they just do a matte carbon mix and call it "dry." it's a bad joke. password:jdm is also guilty of this. vacuum bagging is NOT synonymous with pre-preg carbon (the real definition of "dry"), no matter how complex it is.

Yes they're the Rexpeed oem sides. Fitment was good, but I had to fabricate a little bracket to secure the back end of it in place. But then again I also had the very first pair made and I was test fitting for them so they might have fixed that issue by now. I might swap them out for Varis sides in the near future.
