My Evo X after a year ;)

Hello evom?! After a year of being almost stock and just a few exterior mods, i decided to mod my evo. This is my DD. Here's my old thread:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...evo-x-gsr.html

I met one of a forum member here and we hang out for a few of days. We installed the AEM intake w/c we run on a few problems (engine light service lit up when i rev up to 5k) and he sold and installed the TMW short shifter and i love it!

A month ago, after getting my few mods, and w/ the intake problem, i decided to go to FFTec for the installation of my AMS UCIP and get a tune. While on the dyno, Sean told me the car is not getting any gains from the mods and it's like hitting a wall. He did what he can and found the problem on the intake. Then we continued with the tune and i was happy w/ the result for my DD for just a few mods. Thanks to FFTec for great service and all, will come back for the next tune or something for my baby.

Next will be coilovers (can't for now coz i hate to scrape on our driveway, parking @ my work, bumps around my area), brake pads Project Mu (thanks to speedelement again), and slotted rotors. Will let the speedelement install it soon.

Anyways, my mod list:

Exterior:

-Rexspeed CF front lip VR style (modified with weather strips), type-1 hood scoop, VG, rear lip spoiler, emblem, CF short antennae
-OEM visors, aluminum shift knob,
-Debadging + EVOLUTION X and RALLIART badges used
-Rally Armor mudflaps
-Tint rear windows only (removed the passenger's and driver's coz i got pulled over by that --fix-it)

Interior:
-TMW Short Shifter

-Varis Shift Knob

Suspension:
-Stock struts/shocks w/ Swift Spring (props to speedelement)

Wheels:
WedSports SA-55M BBM 18x9 +20 w/ wheel caps (props to Ravspec!)
Hankook V12 Evo tires 255/35/18

Engine:
-AEM Intake
-AMS UICP
-CP-E Dual Catback Exhaust
-HKS LE oil cap
-Ralliart bolt-on radiator cap
-Mynes hood damper

300AWHP and 299 lb-ft
Tuned by Sean@FFTec Mustang Dyno

Thanks everyone!!!

Sean is great, too bad no time to ask him more about the tuning and the car, prolly when I get back. He drove my car and feels so good, much better than before.

Everyday man! I only pulled over once by doing a Cali roll few weeks ago. Then I tried to ask him just give me a warning. He asked me my L&R I was like, deym. Then he noticed my front windows tinted and metered it to 57%. He said it should be 70%. He went back to his motorcycle, writing a ticket. Guess what? He said he'll give me a break with the stop sign violation and rather just give me a fix-it ticket for the tint. I removed it right away, went to a police station to write it off, the cop just signed the ticket and didn't bother to check my car. He didn't charge me $10! Just lucky, no ticket, no payments lolz.

I always have cops around me, really scary, gotta drive responsively.

The badge EVOLUTION X got it from eBay, I think it was just $40 shipped.
