Need your opinion....

OK guys, really need you opinion as i'm ready to pull the trigger on some new wheels. I'm looking at the volk ce28n but not sure size or color.

I'm torn between the gold, black and mag blue.

not sure whether to go with the "19" or the "18.5" and i'm not worried about rolling fenders... (what is the downside to rolling fenders? Scraping?)

Thanks guys.

18 X 10.5 +22 offset bronze color and rolling the fenders is something you need going that wide to prevent the inner part of the fender digging into the tire every time you hit a bump or have someone in the backseat. So pretty much to save your tire life.

18x10.5. just roll the rears. do it once, and do it right. then you wont have to worry about tire size and rubbing. add some camber and you will be good. unless your going to be tracking the car, then 10.5 may be a little wide. gl with the decision

Personally i'm going with the 18 X 10.5 +18... Gates 311 runs this size for tracking so you don't have to worry. IMO, 19's are too much.

I never understood why people have a "problem" rolling fenders... that's the first thing I do to every car I get. If you have the right tools it's a breeze. The worst car I rolled is my 2011 STi... because the paint is actually baked i had some mad chipping but that's easy to fix. If you go wide and don't roll you will literally gash a hole in your tyres as they will cut them.

the problem with rolled fenders (not done properly) is chewed up looking fenders, cracked paint, and body lines that dont match.

I see the point but everything is easy to fix.

Chewed up fenders would come from not using the proper tools, possibly a bat? Not sure, never seen that.

Cracked paint comes with the territory. Like I said, I cracked badly, only on the inside, on the STi. A few touch up paint coats and you're good to go. Can't ever tell anything happened.

Body lines that don't match... are you rolling or flaring? If you're rolling and get it pulled a little you can get that but that's easy to pop back, wrap a towel around your hand and hit the panel a few times and you're good to go.
