Would anyone be interested in a revised version of the Varis Rear Diffuser?

Sorry LVSBB6 but I used your picture because you have the most visible shot of the diffuser for me to mock something up. What I did was added more lower fins and lowered the side bolted fin so it's not shoved up near the painted area of the bumper. This gives it a lowered fin look to it which in my opinion looks cleaner. What you guys think, should they make this? Or is it too tacky now?

For reference here is the original design.

I think the original Varis looks clean with less center fins.. Make something that will work with the tomei exhaust

strakes are use to straighten and channel the airflow to follow specific paths.. the center channel in which the two original strakes lies, the airflow i dont think is that turbulent, you can probably put some yarn on it and record it with a GoPro while you're driving to see if you get any airflow stalling or vortices...

it might look meaner, but will it help make it more efficient?

Yes, if it increases the efficiency of the diffuser. No if it doesn't

I really like these rear diffusers because they work so well. my problem comes in with aesthetics. it just looks like a universal part that's bolted on. I know that isn't the case at all, but I can't help but think that when I look at it.

Maybe someone can suggest a replacement rear diffuser that increases efficiency while maintaining a "this should be there" look?

Nice piece though!
