I like this method! Agreed..cali police are a pain when it comes to having no front plate. : / can't wait for the parts list

I'll definitely need this done to mine when I get my new bumper. Didn't care about the stock bumper but I def don't want to ruin my new one.

where can you buy tee nuts like these from ? Just went down to my local hardware store and they don't stock ones like these.

Willing to compensate anyone who's able to send me these items as a kit. PS. Im in Australia.

I got my parts from lowes (tee nuts, etc). Got the nylon bolt at home depot. Look at the section where different bolts,washers etc are on drawers. I got the tee nuts on the drawer for furniture stuff.

Not in San Diego so far for me. Been stopped going 84mph and CHP didn't say anything about the missing plate. Haven't had a plate on since May and I think it helps that my X is white . If the Ferrari, Porsche, Lambo, owners aren't rocking plates, I'm not either .

i feel like drilling the holes then just getting plugs paint-matched would be just as good as this, no?
