Good comparison shots. I have an '08 with the front and rear air dams, but plan on getting the '10+ non-aero sideskirts, I think those look better than the aero kit sideskirts, flows much better.

kinda off topic but is there a market for the factory 2012 sideskirts? i had the dealer box them up and they're in perfect condition came off at 150 miles. should i sell them, what's a fair price for them.

just added the evolution x trunk badge from ebay, i know it's not jdm or oem for that matter but i really like the look. the badge is not crooked the bottom of the E is even with the bottom of the O and the top of the V is even with the top of the O, and is perfectly centered. so here are some updated pics and some interior shots. i know someone was begging for 2012 interior shots so here they are. interior is all OEM except the shift boot, factory is a very thin black vinyl with no contrast stitching, the one seen in the pictures is a redline with light grey stitching and matches the factory leather and contrast stitching. the vehicle has the sight and sound package, the interior package(shift knob and ebrake handle), factory aero , and leather and sunroof package. the only thing i didn't get was the nav as the dealer didn't have any with nav. so here goes.

nice ride man, wow but thats a crazy call from BMW 1M to a EVO X ... its totally a big change ! ... kind of like me lol

but I came from 335i to Evo X i sure miss that transmission in the BMW... the longer gear and 2nd gear / 3 rd gear has so much power!

Transmission on evo is very short so more shifting ... and waiting for boost to come on lol

Is it hard to get into the car with those pontoons, err, I mean sideskirts?

I live in Fairfax Va. and hate when there's snow/sand/salt on my car and I get it on my pant leg when I get into my car.

it's actually not bad at all and i'm short! i have a 2012 rubicon that's my daily so the evo never gets driven in the rain or bad weather.

Hmmm I have a 2012 GSR with SS but my center console is totally different than yours. As I don't have black shifter surround and any of the black covers below the a/c controls. Is that part of the leather interior package?

This was an impulse buy and isn't my daily. so some before and after pics with and without the factory aero kit. i got the dealer to throw in the aero kit and i took delivery of the evo last tuesday and the dealer ordered the kit and had it installed friday. the only thing i'm still waiting on is the oem gurney flap for the rear spoiler. the aero kit sides ARE different than the stock 2012 sides. they are bigger, wider and hang a bit lower. the aero kit i had installed consists of the front lip, side air dams, rear corner extensions, rear spoiler gurney extension, and front brake ducts.
