that's very inovative guys, keep it up. Just a suggestion, but ifyou can find a way to keep the turbo heat away from intake and other engine parts, that would be really awesome. Using smaller sheets and bolting it to OEM parts would be an answer for a lot of people. Heat seems to be a major factor with the engine setup, and even utilizing the air vent from the hood to help channel that air to help cool the turbo would be another great idea, just pointing stuff ou.

 

that is my main point on all of this development that im working on for the intake heat shield and exhaust heat shield. as far as the valve cover shield, the louvers haven't been bent down yet to show that. we are working on making everything to use factory mounting locations to where its PNP. thanks for the comments

 

Looks great. I got a good chuckle out of the card board air intake shield. Look forward to seeing a finished product so I can has some of that shield hotness.
