Hmm, Ford stopped making Cobras in 2004. I do agree thought that Shelby's are nice cars. I too am green with envy. Having a new Evo and a new GT500. Life couldn't get any better when it comes to cars.

It's still a cobra, hence the big cobra emblems all over it. It's just not officially called that now.

Without trying to derail the thread, it's actually still a Cobra just not in the "short name".

It's still a "Shelby Mustang Cobra GT500" when it gets in trouble with mother Ford.... Cobra is now it's "middle name" and thus unspoken these days

It's a nice car for sure. I just bought a 12 MG X GSR today. I'm thrilled and doing my detailing tomorrow
