Curbed my xxr 527:(

So I hate how I can never see even over my hood because these seats are so damn low so I don't always know the perception of things and I curbed my xxr 527. It's about 1 1/2 inches long on the very outer edge of the rim, how could I go about fixing this? Sand it down a little then paint it? If so where could I get flat black touch up paint? If this doesn't work ill eventually take it somewhere to have them resurface it and touch it up just don't wanna for out the $100+ jjust yet. Ill get pictures up soon.

If its really jagged you might have to sand a lot and you'll notice it

If it's not too bad, wet sand that sucker and paint it.

Why don't you just buy a new wheel? Isn't it like 120 per wheel?

Plus shipping, but I didn't even think about that good idea. Or maybe I can find somewhere cheaper.

I thought the whole point of having XXR's is so when you damage them you don't give a f*ck because they're so cheap to replace

You can sand it down maybe with 600-800 grit sandpaper and then use a nail polish to touch it up it always works depending on your wheel color.

Yup. It wasn't in my 527s though. I had already painted the wheels, so I already had the matching color.

since the wheels are flat black you could probably just plasti dip that part and nobody would notice.
