$2,171 + taxes with paint (OB) for JUST the spoiler. Is this for real?!?! Doesn't the entire SSS package cost that much?

No sorry haven't changed my avatar yet. I have a 2010 GSR with the Lancer spoiler on it now. Wanting to get the tall one but OB seems to be the hardest color to find.

 

Oh I see. Well that's a rip off I think, find someone to swap maybe. I have a SSS package wicked white and I was looking to go wingless maybe one day but not sure anymore.

 

I was quoted $1770 without the paint. Getting it painted is another $250. I said **** that and bought one for $500.

 

That's way too much...look here in the forums and they are going for dirt cheap...I have sold mine for 300...I have another one in carbon fiber and will sell as well for cheap if you pick it up...Norfolk VA...

I kind of want to get a CF one but paint the top and sides kind of like the 8 and 9s use to be.. I've seen it done before and it looks awesome.

 

There is a aftermarket spoiler for the X's that looks similar to the 8 & 9 spoilers. I've seen them in a lot of different color combos including something similar to that. Not sure where to get it from though

What part of norcal u from?? On a different not to the OP theres an OB SSS wing in the for sale thread for about 280 with the aero gurney flap you should check it out

Yeah, the dealership prices on the SSS wing are crazy... I've been hoping that at some point, there ends up being another WW X around here that is wanting to go wingless so I can just trade them trunks instead of having to drill out a perfectly good MR-T trunk. Hell I'd be willing to meet almost anywhere in the state of NM to trade trunks lol

 

There should be a thread dedicated to people who want to swap out trunks. Probably not enough people to justify it though. Just keep bumping the for sale thread....
