How would it look? Front windshield stripe

I'm curious if anybody has done the strip across the top of the front windshield of their x? But not the normal narrow one with words. Maybe something solid and wider, 10 inches or so. Just curious how it would look. Looking at the DTM race cars I notice many have a pretty thick stripe across the top of the windshield. Makes the windshield look more narrow and mean looking. Those cars are mean looking to begin with but that makes them even meaner. I figure with my seating position I could cover at least 10 inches and still have good visability. Anybody have any photos of that setup? My car is WW but any photos will do. I was thinking even blacked out tint across the top as well. Just can't picture how the Evo will look with that much of the windshield covered.

Thanks

This is on my car, not an X but you get the idea. Banner is like 8-9 in on the sides, just enough to cover the post of the rear view mirror. Never been pulled over for it and is black vinyl. Does hinder visibility at some stop lights where I have to bend down a bit to see the light but Ive had it for 3 years and never really an issue. Plus it does a good job of blocking the sun!
