Looking for photos of a X with the fogs removed

Getting my 2012 GSR converted to E85 and installing an AMS IC next week and figured while they have the bumper off I would have them remove the fogs. Never used them. Don't even know how to turn them on. I don't have time to get a delete kit since the tune is coming up so I was curious if anyone has photos of their X wth the fogs removed and nothing in their place? WW Evo preferably but I'll take anything to get an idea of how it will look.

Thanks in advance.

You don't know how to turn them on...? Lol........wow.

This car has a fog delete kit on, but you get the idea. Use your imagination.

Yea I have seen them with the kit but I'm curios if the openings look that dark without it or if you can see through them and what's behind them to see.

As far as fogs. I'm sure I could figure it out. Lol just never had much fog here in So. Cal. Plus I never found them useful on my others cars. Vision in heavy fog was the same with and without them to me.

I've seen someone without it. Don't have a pic, but I remember it doesn't have a 'finished' look unfortunately.

With or without the mesh you'll be able to see behind them. Without the mesh it'll look very unfinished, with the mesh it at least looks like a factory decision.

Thanks all. I guess a second question would be am I able to install the deletes without removing the bumper? I know the bumper has to come off to remove the fogs but does it to install the delete kit?

Thanks

It might be possible, but I would go ahead and remove the bumper to make sure the install was done well. Removing the bumper is super easy and simple. A few bolts, pushpins in the radiator cooling panel and some pins in the front of the wheel wells and its out.

Also, leaving it without any mesh might run you the risk of having debris hitting your oil cooler.

I saw they one. The front shot looks like you can't see in there but maybe just due to the exposure of the photo. I'm looking for the deletes now, only ones I know of are rexspeed and jdm. Hard to find. Did find a set on rexsoeed just not sure if I can receive them by next Thursday.

Thanks all. I ended up ordering JDM. It a tough decision. I went with JDM because they told me I could get them by next Thursday. If I change my mind I can always sell them. I like them both. Kind of like the "scoop" look of the rexspeed but also the minimal look of JDM.
