Finally got my leather installed

When I bought this car a few years back I really wanted the ssl package but I could only find the sss package. Well I'm done with the performance side so I decided to go ahead and get the leather installed along with a black pearl twm shift knob. All that's left for the interior is to install my redline shift boot and maybe a navi unit eventually

Looks like my old X interior. I did the same thing and loved it!

Unfortunately I haven't seen it in person yet since I'm out of state. My wife dropped it off to be installed for me. From the pics it seems it really helps out the look of the interior

I actually got in contact with the guys that did the install through the Mitsubishi certified leather website . Once I told them what I wanted to do they informed me they weren't a part of the program anymore but could do the install for me. They told me they used katskinz so I ended up giving them a go. I'm not sure if that's the same as the Mitsubishi upgrade but from what I was told it is not the same

I hope you like it. It looks a little cheap to me, honestly. They do look like they have more cushion in them now though!

Door panels look great. Seats look good too, but they would need to be near perfect to look as good as oem leather. So long as it cost a good amount less than a swap for oem leather front and rear I'd say its probably worth it.

Now that I've got to see it I don't think it looks cheap at all and it really brings the interior alive

I think it looks good, definitely a pro install. It just looks like it belongs in more of a luxury car. The leather is very baggy compared to the OEM stuff and the pattern is not even close.
