Guage pod holder for EVO X

Okay i may not be in the correct thread.. (im still learning the site.)

But.. I just bought an Octane Blue EVO X GSR and im looking for anyone who has any good suggestions on guage pod holders. I have read a lot of negative reviews on different options online and i dont want to put my guages on my steering wheel. Anybody have any suggestions? (Im buying Defi boost/AEM Air Fuel)

i dont think you drill holes i think its 3mm tape that sticks to the dash. Check out forever driven (i think that what they are called) or ortiz custom pods. ortiz pods makes them to order so it takes a little longer but i believe the quality is extremely close to oem finish

Haven't tried it myself. I found that when I did a Google search. But I don't think it would hinder your view

I recently rode in a buddy's car, he had a bug eye subi and had a tripe gauge pod deal going on on his A pillar. It looked pretty good to me. I just pulled the trigger on a triple gauge pod pillar, painted black.

This was what I was looking at before I got mine from an evo bro in town.

I have my failsafe installed on my left between the 1k and 9k rpm
It's held in place with the same transparent Velcro you use for ezpass's, it's very solid attached!
You can't see the Velcro holding it, the wires are wrapped in black.

I have a ortiz custom pod, it took a month to get, but it is made using oem parts. I would recommend them

The Ortiz looks fantastic. Do they come only in black or do they do colour match with the lighter colour of the A pillar as well?

Which pod did you get of theirs? I am considering the Dual Pod Cluster V1 - M46 but I read some bad reviews on their facebook page. Reading that it's made from OEM parts and your good review makes me feel a bit better because it's the one I've liked the most.

I have the dual pod, you can get it in gray but it doesn't match to the factory color it's a little darker. It's a very nice piece. I'm at work I'll try to post a pic tonight.
