Yes, it is possible. (If you copy a Vin# from a Evo that is for sale in Canada and then with that Vin # you can order the part that you need.) Or you can find the number of the Rear bumper in Canada, and I don't think you will have any problems with finding the part that you need. I bought a part from the U.K. and I got it sent to me by Fedex without any issues.

 

These were made for the 08 and some 09 for the Canadian version, I don't know if there still making them lol, I got one and i want to get rid of it for the normal bumper. It's not an Add-on it's part of the bumper, it's screwed in on the bumper cover and behind the black plastic piece there is a big metal bar for low speed impact protection (Before the Canada harmonized it's bumper laws with the US.). You need a whole new bumper cover and possibly the metal bar.
