new evo x caster prob

i've recently purchased a new evo x and had alignment completed to correct drifting issue. copy of alignment spec states that my left caster is off and cannot be corrected since its non-adjustable.

my left caster spec is 3.8 while right one is in the correct range.

from my understanding, if caster is off then something is bent or worn. dealer states its perfectly normal (BS!!!) and will not do anything.

what do you guys think?

To add to this, it's supposed to be like that to account for crowning of the road. In the us, no road is designed perfectly flat, it crowns so water doesn't pool in the road.

+1 on having the caster off. I had my car aligned and even brought it back a week later to have them take a second look. They shocked the sub frame a bit, but the caster is still off. It was about .75 out of range, and they got it down to .2.
