Swift springs lowers 1 inch in front and 0.6 in rear. I ended up getting coilovers, but if i were to buy springs, I would've gotten Swift.

i'm for works - i've had progressive springs before (if i'm reading the spring rate chart right, swift is progressive), and the handling is less predictable than linear rates.

I put some swift springs on last week and they are great...reduced the wheel gap up and looks much better.

phil, is this going into the MR or the GSR you are planning on getting? i thought you stripped the MR. there is a shop in crystal lake that quoted me an amazing price on swifts and up until now no vendor has come close to.

i would like to go with swifts myself but like what i posted on my thread, i would be lying low for a while as far as mods is concerned on the X, unless you want to buy it.
