well, put it this way, people are putting 19x10 25mm offset....

With those, I dont think you're gonna get the look you're trying to achieve. at +37, the wheel is actually gonna be "sinked" in. From the looks of the style, you might have problems clearing the Brembos in the front and may need a spacer to push it back out. Stock offset on stock Enkeis is +38...

Yes. The higher the offset the more rim (of the same width) will be pushed towards the inside of the car.

IE 9" wide rim with +15 offset will sit closer to the outside fender (more flush...etc) than a 9" rim with +35 offset

19x9.5" 35mm offset and I had 4-5mm clearance to the inner suspension on the front. Your wheels are .5" wider or .25" wider each direction from centerline, that alone is pushing you 6mm inwards and outwards which puts you at -1 to -2mm clearance. Add in 2mm more for 37mm offset and you are at -3 to -4mm clearance. You will need to use a 10mm spacer to get back to 27mm offset which will be around 6-7mm of clearance which could vary depending on tire choice. In general I would avoid using spacers if you can as they can add another element of uncertainty especially if you get any wheel vibration. That's not something you want to feel if you track the car at road courses at all.
