i want get some spacer for my stock wheels, im planning to get 20mm for the front and 25mm for the rear, will this give me more understeerring? or just same same?
if so, should i just get 20mm all around?

Might understeer but u can fix that through other factors such as tire pressure, ride height, sway bars, coilovers.

On an EVO widening the front track results in better grip, but I'd keep em the same all around and play with suspension settings to improve handling.
