Thats kinda discerning. That actually means that they eventually loosen up and fall of during a drive. Do you really want that? Apparently their light weight aluminum lugs do not fasten correctly. I think you guys should stick to a heavier gauge lug nut (such as McGuard) for safety reasons..

I have had Ray's lugs on my car for four years and never lost one.

Just get another set and you will have spares for the next time you loss one.

No kidding. How could they work loose at 80 ft/lbs?

It is also important to check you lugnuts every once in a while and retorque them, especially if you do spirited driving or do any motorsports

That makes sense. They are so light that I doubt they'd take much cross threading or anything before they were hosed.

Cause most wheels call for 95 ft lbs, and always re-torque after 500 miles, with either new lug nut or new rims..80ft/lbs can work its self loose

mix it up! so when people try to steal your wheels... they'll have hard time trying to decode your lugs hahaha

well, anything can happen, you'll just have to spend some time to hunt for just 1 lug nut, try ebay, I saw there was 1 person was just selling 1 for like $5 few months back. GL hunting.
