Hey guys, saw someone selling fairly used set of SSR Type F Wheels. I am thinking of purchasing these and putting them on the X. The spec on them are: 18x9.5 +22 all around. What do you guys think about that size?

Also it comes with 245/45/18s Cooper Zeon 2x (90% thread life) I tried searching around for these tires and can't find any reviews on them. Anyone have experienced these tires? Also think 45 is too thick or will be just fine?

those tires are kinda sucky (compared to the stock tires) and that size will likely rub.

Those tires that come with the wheels are the wrong size. Plus, as already mentioned, they aren't great.

Your best bet would be to ask the seller to separate the wheels and tires and only buy the wheels.

The wheels are arguably the perfect size. You'll probably want to run decent 265/35/18's on them, though.

Yeah thought so... I was actually more concern of the tires. I was just making sure on the wheel size and offset. Was just hard to find some words on those tires. Althought 35s seems to be too thin for me. Last time I ran 35s I bent one of my wheel... Maybe I'll look into 40s. If those works too.

That'd be fine if you don't go wider than 255. You'll rub the fender liners otherwise.

I got the wheels... but I am looking for some tires. So I haven't put these on the X yet.
