Tire size ??

Just a quick question. I am assuming 235/40/R18 tires will fit the stock GS-R evo wheels? yes? Stock is 245/40/R18. Yes or no?

yes, but you shouldn't go down unless you're buying snow tires (narrower cuts through snow better). Narrower tires will make the car handle worse.
