weird tire problem, please help

weird tire problem, please help
I have 18x10 wheels and for some reason when i turn them all the way to the right and drive they dont touch...but when i turn them to the left and drive they rub on my fender wall quite a bit. Any ideas???

please help. the wheels seem to make the car pull from side to side as well while driving. any ideas?
