Blizzak WS60s

Just got a set of Blizzak WS60 (245/40) mounted on my stockers. It hasnt started snowing here in NE PA but I'm anxiously waiting to see how these bad boys will do in the snow.

On dry pavement, body roll seems to have increased quite a bit. However they are super quiet compared to stock advans.

Will update once we're hit with the white stuff

How much did you pick them up for? I'm in the market for some winter tires but can't decide on which tires to get

The warmer it is, the squishier they will be. They need at least -10C to get the right hardness. They are awesome on dry and in the snow! You will love the grip

I love the Blizzaks in the snow they are great. I just made it home from Schaumburg to Aurora with a couple of inches on the ground in 45-50 minutes. They are very confidence inspiring and in snow mode it will let you know if you need to chill. Being my 3rd AWD car I know how to drive in snowy conditions so that helped out a lot. I never felt like I was going to lose control and stopping wasn't an issue at all. Even when I got back into town and hitting the gas you just go. Love the tire and really love it on the Evo.

I have had them on my car for over a month now. They are great, really stick to the road. inspire a lot of confidence, snow and Ice do not seem to phase them at all.

finally it snowed... and WOW! its like driving on drive pavement! amazing, I'd recommend the Blizzaks to anyone in the market for some affordable winter tires. Having the sweet snow mode on the X helps too

I'll add to this. I'm a big fan of the WS-60. The first thing I noticed was the stopping power they give you. And like you, I'm waiting for more snow.

The newer Blizzaks like the WS-60 rock in the snow and ice. I actually took an ice cube to the tread and it sticks with enough pressure. Amazing tire!

Great tests on tirerack too-
