ADVAN RS Offset Help?
I'm looking at picking up a set of ADVAN RS 18X10 but am not sure what the best offset is, whether +15 or +25. I'm on Eibach Pro Kit springs right now. Can anyone tell me what the difference of the offset is going to be? Am I going to rub with one compared to the other or have to roll and/or pull my fenders with one over the other? Is there a downside to rolling or pulling fenders? I'm looking to run 275 tires as well, any thoughts here? I think I saw a thread about this or similar to this awhile back, but I can't seem to find anything now. It's a lot of money and I just don't want to make the wrong or misinformed decision and regret it later. Thanks guys
I would go with the +25. The difference between +15 and +25 is about 0.4". With a 275 and the pro kit id say you may rub. A set of 265's may be safer. There's nothing wrong with rolling or pulling fenders as long as its a quality job. Hack jobs will lead to cracked paint and deformed fenders.
I have Advan RZ's in 19x10+25 on Eibachs and would not recommend +15. I am running Nitto NT-05's in 275 and had a slight roll done in the rear with no rubbing now. If you don't want to roll go +25 with 265 NT-05's like Mac. The Nittos are nice because they grip, look good and run a little narrow. I would even bet that some wide 265's like Star Specs and AD08's would rub with no roll.

Thanks for the input guys, this is helping a lot. So if I do +25 and get 275s I will def need a rear roll, and if I stick to 265 I don't need any modifications? After that statement, I'm kind of scared it'll get screwed up doing it.
I'm on advan RG2's, 18x10 et25, with 275 wide dunlop dz101's, and eiback pro-kit springs, with the rear fenders rolled. Fitment is great, they're pretty much perfectly flush, maybe just a little bit inside of the fenders. The only problem I had was the tire would rub on the front of the fender liner when the wheel was turned all the way to lock. I don't think i would like et15's, I would rather have the 25's

Def doing +25 and 80% sure I'm doing 265s now. Thinking about it I'm afraid of them screwing up my paint. I know when I was a teen I tried rolling my own fenders on my 3rd Gen RX-7 knowing absolutely nothing and cracked the paint, it was brittle as it was since it was an old car.

i only say this because i have advan RZ's 18x10 ET25's and i threw on a 265/35R18 tire on there and they're fairly stretched. The paint on one wheel is cracking along the rim lip now
however, if you're running street class UHP summer tires (IE direzza Z1's, AD08's, RE-11's, or some other sub 200 treadwear tire) 265's may be perfect because those performance type tires have a more square profile, compared to all season 265's which are rounder in profile.
Here are some 265s. IMO they look perfect. Also on Eibach springs with no rub.

I'll be running Nitto NT05's, they have a 200 treadwear. This is going to be my summer package. Will those be okay? I don't want to spend that much money on rims to end up chipping the paint off. Also Question number 2, anybody know where a good place is to buy them, maybe get a good deal?
My NT05's are 275 so I can't speak on 265's but I believe MACPSU runs them in 265 on 18x10+25 Advans with Eibachs and no roll or rubbing. I love my NT05's and like that they actually run a touch narrow because the AD08's and Star Specs run wide with square shoulders from what I've heard and are more prone to rubbing. I think the setup Mac has is perfect and as aggressive as you can go if you don't want to roll. Also remember alignment specs will affect rubbing. Check with Mac
My NT05s are wearing a lot better than the stockers did. They only lasted one summer and these really haven't shown any wear yet after half of the summer last year.
When I bought I looked around and Driveline was the cheapest.
I have gotten a few chips on the back rims from the fronts throwing rocks back but I bought some gunmetal touch up from Wheeldude to fix it. Advan doesn't sell touch up that I have seen but the rotas look pretty close in color. I haven't actually used it yet though so we will see.

Hey mate,
I have 19x10 RS's in +25 and am running 265 Toyo R888's. I still had rubbing at the rear after first fitment so had the rears rolled. Now all is good. Just be prepared that you may still need to roll your fenders even if you get 265's. The front is fine with 2.5 degrees of camber and i am running 1.5 degrees at the back.

As some others in here have said, I run 18x10 +25 Advan RS on 265/35 Nitto NT-05. When I had my Eibach pro-kit springs I didn't really rub at all (with stock alignment settings). I've since switched to AST 4100 coil overs and lowered the height a bit, so I'll have to roll the rear fenders.
A +15 offset or 275mm width tires would very likely rub the fenders, so if you're trying to avoid rolling the fenders or running additional negative camber, +25et is your best bet.
For reference, here are some more photos from back when I had my Eibachs installed:

Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions about this setup.
