Let me start this by saying I am a non-X owner...

Pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I figured I'd get some clarity on this from actual Evo X owners...

Did the stock GSR wheels come with "inner" wheel weights or "outer" wheel weights?

If outer weights, I notice a lot of people don't seems to have them anymore... if they had them removed, than what are they doing for wheel weights?
