The original sale add which was edited by the seller a short while ago described these wheels and tires as "The wheels have mounted on them Nitto NT01s that are a little above 50% tread. These wheels are in absolutely perfect condition with 0 scruff or scratches on them."

What do you think? Does the condition match the description? All i want is my money back before i ship out them back. I had to go on the same leap of faith when i paid him before they were shipped. And he refuses.

I'm not sure what you want from us. Obviously the statement that they are in "perfect condition..." etc is false. But the seller already knows this, too.

i dont want anyone else getting burned by this guy like i did. he is an active user on most evo forums and has lots of parts for sale.

wow thats messed up, might try sending a complaint to the forum admin, not that it will have a huge effect, but if he is selling a lot of parts on there then at the very least it will limit his ability to rip-off some other ppl

That's awful. Hopefully the mods on the other forum can put some pressure on him to give you a refund. Maybe if you tell him to give you your money back or you'll expose him publicly on ALL the forums he'll pay some attention if he has other stuff for sale.
