tires & rim package?

Hey Guys,

I was interested in buying some 20 inch tires and chrome rims for my ride, any recommendations? I found a few popular sites like carid but i am located in Canada so i Don't want to pay any customs and duties. Only Canadian site i found was www.tdotperformance.com

You guys heard anything about Rennen International? This site mainly sells their brand, let me know what you think!

thanks

20" is so played out man. You have to be on 24's to be taken seriously around here.

Dont forget the exhaust whistle and the scrapers in the back or you are going to look like youre fronting.

lol

yeahh, stick with 18x9.5 or at least 17x9. both perfect sizes that won't look stupid or cost your extra trash papers.

I would like to see someone with an X fit some 17's .

20's actually don't look to bad on the Evo. HUGE, and not my thing, but not bad. I can't copy and paste this pic but here is a link to a photoshoot on one of the members cars..

And if you go to this link, there is some blue 20's

Nope, no tires. The new thing is to ride on the rims alone. They wear out faster than tires and make moar road noise but it's hip yo..

Anyway here is a link to one of his threads..

Check out tire rack if you don't know what you want. You can select a rim and then view it on your car for an idea. http://www.tirerack.com/index.jsp?s_...|e|6698781853&
If you want your speedo to read somewhat right the 20's wouldn't have much meat between your nice new rims and the pot holes.

If you get 20" chrome rims for the Evo, make sure the company throws in a set of tribal decals to put down the side of your car. That would be so sick.

Personally, I'd go with the 22 inch. In these:

Make sure to get an aggressive camber setting too. Like this:

Spinners are optional but always a plus. Post pics of your car when you get them mounted!
