Wedsports

I have Wedsport SA 55ms on my Evo X. They are the 18x10 offset +18. I am thinking about trading for a 2011 STi sedan. Does anyone know if these will fit the STi or not?

08 GR Sti stock wheel spec is 8.5 + 55.
Probably 2011 wheel spec will be same.

You might need to roll and pull rear fenders and agressive negative camber.
Also you might need to buy adjust rear control arm for rear camber.
I had 08 sti but i can't adjust rear camber with stock control arm.

I just got my wheels in Friday from Kami Speed. I decided to get the rare Wedsports TC105N, partly because of the rarity and there super lightweight. The 18 x 9.5 is rated at 8 Kg (17.6 lbs) on the Wedsports website. On my really accurate digital bathroom scale they weighed 18.0 lbs. So either way they are really light for a 18 x 9.5 . It only comes in one color Titanium Silver, so the color choice was an easy one. I got some R48 Neo Chros lug nuts with them, and the hubcentric rings for a perfect fit. The offset on these wheels is a +35 which is 3 mm less than stock wheels, and 1" wider, so theoretically the wheel should stick out 5/8" further than the stock wheel. Just enough for slighly increase track, but should still be flush or just slightly recessed.

Ive seen STi's run the 18x10+36 set and that was pretty aggressive. +18 offset might be a little too much.

There is no way they will fit, far too aggressive of an offset.

I mean technically, you can make them fit, but my buddy has 18x9.5 +20 something (guessing the offset) on his 08 STi and its "aggressive" for a subaru.

Don't trade your x for an sti. I just had an 08 sti hatch...nothing but dissapointment. Keep your x, you will be much happier. I think my x is much nicer in ever aspect.

As far as the wheels, yes they will fit but they won't look good. The offset is way to low. It will look goofy.

I wish I could trade you. I have NT03's with less of an offset, but they're fighting with my coilovers. Looking to trade with someone. Good rim choice.

245s on a 10" wheel?

Someone wake me when this moronic "stretched" fad is over.

That's nice, but the OP is talking about an STi and they switch to 5x114 in 2005.
