Muteki Open Super Tuner Lug Nuts
Muteki Open Super Tuner Lug Nuts
I have an accurate scale so I figured I'd see how close the advertised weight of these lug nuts is to the actual weight. Muteki says they're "25 grams" each and according to my scale they are... 23.45 grams each. WOW! They're actually lighter than what they advertise. Nice!
Some people say aluminum lug nuts aren't a good idea. Personally, I'm going to use aluminum, but for anyone who wants steel these are probably about as cheap/light as you're going to find. They're $60 a set (or $40 for the identical looking V2 "Competition Lug Nuts"). I'd also say the spline design gives a tiny bit of theft deterrent as well.
I'm mostly posting this thread for informational purposes.
