Any problems with ebay Muteki Lugs

Has anyone here bought any Muteki lugs from ebay before? They're about $20 cheaper than any known retailer so I'm interested in seeing if anyone has any trouble with them. I couldn't find much discussion about muteki's from ebay but so far i haven't heard anything about them being fake or bad.

Ive bought numerous sets of Mutekis from ebay with no issues. Ive used the Best Offer feature with great success.

Just check their feedback.

i have two sets and use them at the track. no issues.

if you're buying colored ones and hope they stay nice, forget it. if you put a socket to them a lot the paint will work it's way off.

Closed ended. I have a set of black and mad tyte yo jdm red.

The red color didn't hold up so well. The black set isn't nearly as bad.

.....if that's even what you were trying to find out.

I have the Black closed ended Muteki lugs that i bought on ebay, there holding up great. I just take it easy when installing them to make the finish last. I also wrapped the lug key with electrical tape so it wont eff up my wheels.

in comparison how do the password lugs stand up, paint come off just as easily? even if you buy the special sockets with Protective sleeves and internal plastic inserts? might be worth the extra 20$ if passwords paint stayed better with this tool?
