I know varrstoen offers them in 18x9.5 +22 and I believe those clear the brakes. So I guess I'm asking this

Do they clear the brakes?
How do ppl like them?
And any pics of ppl running them?

In a different thread (which I'm sure we've all read), it was said that ES 2.2.1s clear the brakes with +22, but ES1s do not.

What i ment was what offset will i need and spacers? I see a +15 offset with a 10mm spacer in front will fit. Is that only option?

I have a +38 offset and it will poke on the front unless you run negative camber. So a +34 will stick out a little more.

More to the point, if the +22s hit the brakes, you can be pretty sure that the +34s will. But if someone loves a wheel so much that they are going to buy a set that don't fit the car, I suppose that +34s with a 15mm spacer is better than +15s, at least with regard to the "poking out" issue, albeit not by much.

ps. the typo in your sig is driving me nuts
