FA 500 Coilovers: Standard vs Swift Springs?

I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with both the standard and then the upgraded swift springs on these coils and how the compare. In other words, I am trying to determine if the swift upgrade is worth the money. Opinions?

no experience yet with the FA 500 coilovers and swift springs however i just ordered them last week with the swift springs 9k/9k and bearing upgrade. When i was determining what new coils i wanted to get i called around and alot of people recommended getting them(swift springs). ill let you know how they turn out when i get them hopefully they ride awesome

I had a friend looking to get a set of coil overs and I suggested he get the fortunes becuase they performed really well (the car I drove had the FA500 with swift springs). He bought them with the stock fortune springs shortly after, and had them installed and tuned up by mueller. Mueller set them up using the springs that came with them and they ride/perform as good if not better then the ones with swift springs. In the end it comes down to a proper tune up can make any spring perform well.

Just thought I'd throw that out there to try and help you with your decision.

Thanks for the responses guys. I have read elsewhere that its not as much about performance as it is about longevity. Theory has it that the swift springs will maintain their form longer than the standard springs. That being said, why not use the standard ones for a while and then buy the swifts if they begin to sag/have issues? Maybe thats flawed thinking.
