Coilovers, what to get?

So I would love to get rid of the body roll on the evo x and remove the wheel gap that exists on my stock evo x.

Do I need Ohlins or can I get some Fortune 500's? I will go to the track once or twice a year. Daily driver. Just want to address body roll and wheel gap.

Any insight? Thank you guys

If you have 3k to spend then definitely go with the Ohlins R&T. Talk to Chad at CBRD and he can answer any of your questions. This suspension has had a lot of R&D, especially on the Evo and the road manners are superior to most everything out there and of course excellent on the track.

Does anyone have the MCS on their Evo x?

The 1 way's are about the same price as the Ohlins and was curious if anyone had any experience with them.

my car is 95% daily driver, 4% autox, 1% HPDE. I'm putting on Ohlins R&T. I had KW clubsports on my STi and they were too rough for the streets

Hotchkis 32mm bars on stock suspension will do an excellent job of controlling roll for DD (night and day on my car). From what I've read, I plan on going with the Ohlin's for mostly DD, occasionaly track. They are well tested, developed, and have stock-like items such as dust boots, etc that others don't.

The ohlins are a great coilover for street/track. While ohlins doesn't match each corners for the set the quality control is good enough that they don't need to. Had mine on a shock dyno and they only had. 2% variance. I did get mine revalved though. If you go with a brand like tein/fortune please do yourself a favor and get them on a shock dyno and have them revalved.

I believe every FA coilover is dyno tested before shipped. I may be wrong. I ordered a set of FA500's last week and should be getting them shortly. Street valving with 9K F and 9K R spring rates. No comment on ride/performance since I don't have them installed yet.

I would throw a set of Sway's on it and see how you like it. make a decision from there.
