Tire suggestions?

So what kind of tires is everyone running once you wear out your factory ones? I'm at around 12k and it looks like it's time for a set.

I was looking at these:

I'm open to any tire / price, but would like to find the best summer / handling tire that still has a bit better treadlife than the stock ones.

Any suggestions for those that have run a few sets on their EVO X's as to which would be a good option? I used to like Potenza SZ50EP's but they don't make them for this car that I saw.

I love my ZII's. Can't comment to longevity, but great grip in the wet and dry. They are a bit noisy.

I plan on getting a set of PSS, great grip and treadwear. I'm about 6k mi on my set of stock Advans and already well over halfway through the life of the tire

ZII"s probably the most widely used and liked extreme performance based tire. If you're looking for the best in street grip, and one that can handle a tad of track, then those are it. Step more towards practicality would be the Michelin Super Sport.

I have the Michellin Pilot Super Sports on my VIII and those tires cuts through rain like nothing, have them on my car for approximately 5k miles now and treadwear are still reading good at just below 9. I havent driven them hard yet at all on dry tarmac since my car needs a tune and some tweaks.

I replaced the OEMs with a set of PSS and got the Dunlop ZII for my track wheels.

I've heard good things about Hankook v12s, not to pricey either.

If you do mostly DD, then Pilot Super Sport
If you drive mostly on the track, ZII or AD08
