Different spacers front & back?

I noticed in the offset thread, it says this:

•Stock front suspension – 13mm clear from wheel lip to strut body. 25mm clear to outside fender.
•Stock rear suspension – 22mm clear from wheel lip to shock body. 19mm clear to outside fender.
I also notice every thread I look in, people tend to get the same size spacers for front and back, which either makes the backs poke out or the fronts sunken in (popular configurations being +20mm all around or +25mm all around, with 15's all around being a close third).

What I'm looking to do is potentially get +20 fronts and +15 for the rears. Would this cause adverse affects to the bearings? Diffs won't care, because the wheels are still the same size, obviously.

I think the only one I've seen with different front and rears, albeit with larger spacers on the rear. 25 rear and 15 fronts, being this car right here:

It won't damage anything, and I doubt you will be able to feel an appreciable difference between 20/20 F/R and 20/15 as far as handling goes. That being said, never done it myself. More commonly is someone running a small spacer up front for strut / brake clearance which is pretty much the same thing as running 2 different sized spacers F/R.
