KW Variant 3 Question

For the guys that have installed KW V3's, how did you torque the top hats and keep the shock from spinning?

Usually I see an air tool to do so.

It specifically tells you not to do that. I ended up using a pass through socket with 19mm ratchet to spin the nut and a 1/4" drive ratchet with socket to hold the center stud in place. You can't torque it to the recommended settings but I feel I got it close enough.
