Suspension Question

I have a 2013 GSR and it has KW Variant 3 Coilovers on it. Except the front right. It was ruined in an accident, and the previous owner put the stock suspension on it. Would it be ok to drive the car with it like this for a couple thousand miles? I don't have the $700 needed to replace it?

I know in Evos, its hard on the drivetrain if you have mismatched tires sizes. I suspect mismatched suspension would keep the car from settling "evenly." That said, its probably fine.

You think it would be smart to cut the spring to match the coilovers?
