Lift and Mud Flaps!!

I have owned several types of vehicles from Honda to BMW and have always lowered them!!! Lowering just looks better and feels so great! I have become older(36) and boring so I'm looking to get suspension on my 2013 Evo GSR that will have stock or a little higher than stock height (just a little). Why? Honestly I have found myself scraping the front on parking stops and oddly pavement that has low dip in the area I live. I know some might say just drive it slow and don't creep up when parking or to turn at an angle... ump all that! And I bought the car used and it looks like the front is a little lower than back. Are the coil over kits that can raise with comfortable ride? Or are there aftermarket springs that don't lower? I really want to score on some stock springs and struts from a final edition..

Also looking for mud flaps that aren't so big like the common brand I've seen... need something a little shorter
Any thoughts?

Just installed my old SE springs on a buddies GSR. Changed the ride a good bit but didn't lower the car any, Raised it by a 1/8 of an inch.

If you are interested in the stock springs, I have a set off of my 2014 evo that I took off at 1,800 miles, so they are in great condition. PM me if you'd want them.

Its interesting that your front is lower than the back. I feel like most springs (and when they are stock) they are slightly higher in the front than the back. I could see if its looking down it could be pretty scrapey.
