Cosmis MR7's spacer needed?

How's it going guys had a quick question looking to get Cosmis Racing MR7 wheels for the evo, tires are gonna be 255/40/18 Michelin PS3's. Stock Height.

Stuck on which wheel size would be appropriate for the tire size and also to clear the brake calipers.. had a couple buddys tell me I might need wheel spacers due to the offset.

Available sizes are as followed:

Cosmis Racing MR7 White Wheel 18x10 - 5x114.3 +25mm Offset

Cosmis Racing MR7 White Wheel 18x9 - 5x114.3 +25mm Offset

Below is my evo and the wheel

I have 18x10 +25 and no spacers needed at all. Running a 275/35 tire I just did a mild fender roll on the back. I'm on Swift Spec-R springs.

Love the look! Im planning to run 255/40, you think 18x10 would fit without tire stretch?

She would stretch a little. I couldn't tell you how much though.

So 18x9 would be the best bet huh, no spacers, no stretch.

For a 255 yea that's what I'd go with. 275 is perfect on the 10".

No spacers and I would assume no stretch with the 255 on 9"

Hey bro! im also planning to buy mr7, but might be buying 18x9. But just wondering, does the +25 offset will clear the brembos brake of evo? That's just my concern part of getting the +25 offset compared to the OEM offset of the BBS wheels of evo. Thanks!
