Is there room for spectators? I'm gonna try to come down one of those days and I'll probably drop off my head for (at very least) inspection.
I'd like to see some Evos on the dyno too.

Sure, you can spectate, but the event might target Evos, but you're Lancer should be able to dyno as well. I can talk to Mark about that. Let me know what you think.
Get your head taken care of sooner and let's get that on the dyno for tuning. Jason Siebels will be there so it'd be a rare chance to have Mark AND Jason tuning your Lancer.

Mark, Junior and Keith know me (at least who I am). My Lancer definitely isn't coming down unless it's on a flatbed or tow truck. I'd just be bringing down my head for them to check out (at a later date) and meetin' a bunch of the locals. I've hardly met any area Evo owners since I haven't been able to attend many Jersey meets.
I can't get the head done sooner cuz I don't even have my rods, and about 1/5th of my car is in my basement while the rest is in my garge.
EDIT: Rather, I CAN have the head done, but I still wouldn't be able to drive the car.

Turbotrix can still tune it even if you bought it somewhere else. If you sign up for the event, the install is included w/ the tune. Make sure to post in this thread though:

The registration forms are included over there as well.

Hey guys ,,
Anyone considering doing the aem and is thinking about waiting. AEM is raising all the prices on all the EMS systems. This includes the EVO VIII box. Starting monday the pricing will go up almost 200 dollars for the unit. I called aem and locked in the prices as orignally posted so we will not be affected. But for those who buy the unit at a later date will not get the same deal.
Just an FYI

i wish you are in IL or closer.
i spent $200 for installation, then i paid $750 in AMS for tuning and dyno. because they have to charge me $300 for front wheels conversion. but i donot get free second tuning, that's the big problem!
bump for good price!!!
why all the good stuff always in NY or CA!
