help please evo is broke

help i was taking off from a lite getting ready to shift to 4th at 7000 rpms when i heard a loud pop and the car died now it will only idle at 200 rpms if anybody has any idea ors questions let me know thanks alot

You blew off an inner cooler hose. Pop it back on and securly tighten with a 10mm socket, not a phillips head. I recommend going over all hoses and makeing sure their secure, especially the blow off valve.

check to see if you intercooler pipe may have come loose. also check your bov hose to see if that came loose.

check all of your ic hoses and your bov hoses one of them may of poped off.

yea i did just change them to samco with t clamps but it spelled like something was burnt ive blown off the bov before and i didnt seem to cripple the car as bad im gonna go check the hoses right after dinner thanks guys for all the help

Dude Check all of the hoses in cluding the lower pipes. also check you MAF and see of there are any loose connections.

yea it was the hose the smaller one under the car there was nothing left damn samco thanks for all your help guys

Yahtzeee!!!! Im glad it wasnt something else.

Try turning up the boost and have one of those blow off under a really hard acceleration. it will scare the Junk out of you!!!
