hey friends. kinda new here. i used to browse the forums when i was in love with evo's, but the wrx came out first. i joined a little bit ago but didnt have anything to post. figured i would say hi. i totalled my 'ru about a month ago and bought it back. it is just a stage 2 car with an sti turbo until this weekend. i just picked up a brand new sti block, utec, and txs tmic. i guess it should perform alright. the body work is all on its way so i should be back driving in under 2 weeks.

why didn't you buy the 2.0l sti block?

 

One thing I noticed about this forum compared to others (I was researching the STI and the 350z at the time) these guys seem to know their **** more then the others.

i fell victim to the "no replacement" thing. i drove my buddys UTEC'd STi and fell in love with the torque. we were running the same turbo, but his spooled faster and hit harder. i couldnt help myself.
