Though the ACD would be a fun tool to use, the other features on the MR are not inticing enough to justify the possbily 35+k for that vehicle. The middle of the line Evo (gsr) is just as formidable to perform like a high priced exotic. Like Jon311 said, you can save the difference and buy some aftermarket goodies.

I would not mind paying a touch more for the Evo if they provided us with better paint and quality interior plastics.

does anyone know the 1/4 mile and 0-60 times on the MR

I read in the Road and Track Mag that it was 0-60 4.3 and 1/4 at 12.9 at 107

....

since when did the sti become comparable with the MR... it can't even beat a regular evo around a track last i checked.

couldnt agree more, but there are those who want to bring up the 6 speed thing. i could care less if it had 8 speeds, it still is inferior to a GSR or RS around the track.

Not according the that extensive test done by Car and Driver, MR won, but still in the same league.

The only reason I would take the MR is because of the weight difference. 300 lbs makes a big difference. But the AYC and 6 spd tranny wouldnt even come in handy as far as being a daily driver IMO. Usually your ahead of the person your racing by 1st gear anyway
