is there a shoter antenna for our car yet i cant stand the factory one.. looks like an rc car i seen the meatal ones but thay suck as well. Would like one like the evo has short thick and black

I would like to voice my official opinion on the matter which is that inferred stealing is wrong, and that you are quite immoral for doing so.

On the other hand, props for "finding" one and not getting caught. Good news is that maybe replacements for the H/A crowd might work, eh?

is this really such a big deal to you guys? im sure some of you have done much worse stuff than taking a 4 inch antenna off a car..

 

Actually I see it as a major problem stealing off someones car.....im sure they worked their *** off to pay for it...so if you worked to pay for your lancer would you mind if people were permanately borrowing parts off it? I would seek revenge, maybe death if someone touched my car. Stealing is dumb for something cheap like that...is a 30 dollar antenna worth 15 years in jail or more? no i dont think so.

I was just kidding around. I can't really dictate morals to anyone, so.. I think it was wrong (officially, at least), but, you know, it's your deal. Sucks for the other guy, and I don't approve, but, I'm not gonna pass judgement. Though, I see you hanging around my ride, I'm libel to "shoo" you away with a "warning shot."

 

i got mine at waterfest for 10 bucks - - its from freedomdesign.com - - i think its 25 on there website, but its nice - - - it was chrome when i got it but i have since painted it black - - check out my pics - - IMO the s2000 antenna is too short - looks like an upside down golf tee - - mine is a little longer and nicer looking i think . . . .

 

yeah... you can also look for VW antennas... they have a few neat aftermarket ones that will fit... abdracing.com has an aluminum one that i want to get... just been to lazy to order it

 

someone stole the antenna off my old nissan stanza once. eh.

and as for working their *** off to pay for it....there is a 17 year old in my town who has an M5. you think he paid a dime for it? not saying stealing is right...

hell i "steal" **** all the time when i d/l music or software or games. but rest assured that after 24 hours i delete them because the server states they are for trial only! i only like xbox driving games anyway......

as for the shorter antenna (sorry to get off topic) i think it looks fine....makes it look even closer in resemblance to an IS300 which is fine by me.

 

Is the world not full of enough of people that do sh*tty things to our cars? Door dings, keying, scratching, etc etc. We have a high enough loser quotient on our planet as a whole, it doesn't need any help in this department. Please take this account before doing something like taking the five finger discount on someone else's car or other personal possessions.
