Redline 10W-30 (or 5W-30 ... I forget ... whatever WORKS recommends).
Significantly better than Mobile 1, but also more expensive.
Redline claims that something like 15000 miles is doable between changes, 7500 on a turbo engine. This stuff means business and I've been changing it somewhere between every 2000 and 5000 miles. (I try to aim for 3000 miles when possible)

I know Amsoil is the best but i dunno where to get it. I was an avid Royal Purple 10w30, but since the pepboys deal i'm going to be using mobil1 in my cars for the next 5 years probably.
