I still want to see my idea for combating noob posts (no offense). I talked to Paul about this, to see if this was doable.

Basically, it confines a new member to posting in the newbie forum, but, it wouldn't let them post elsewhere until the had a certain number of views in useful forums. Say, 100 threads in tech forums. That would basically keep people from posting the same technical questions. Or, of course, we could just have an online quiz for them to pass before they post...
