Question Are the body styles the same?

I dont know anything really about lancers, I dont even own one yet, but I need to know if the body trims are the same for the 02 evolution and regular lancers unlike the new ones.
Thanks for the feedback

there are conversion kits, but then you'll have a slow car that looks fast, and that's completely pointless, if you want an evo, it's cheaper to buy it than try and build it from a lance

well what I was planning to do was put one of the brand new MR Evo engines in it if it would fit.

mr engine=05gsr engine

all 05's have the same engine...you can try to swap a 4g63 into it..but seriously if your gonna do that just buy an evo and customize it

then you'd need the evo drivetrain, and then all of the additional mount points welded in, along with the ECU, and lots and lots of time (or money for a shop) to do it all

lets just say that for the drivetrain and ecu it would be a maximum of $1,000-2,000 and yes labor costs but I have already been looking around my area, and it would still be cheaper in my situation to do what I am planning to do, there are no good prices on evo's right now at least, and money is an issue in my case.
