Manual Boost controller = MBC, there's also Electronic versions too (EBC), but they take more work to get set right, and are much more expensive. If you get a tbe, make sure you do a boost controller RIGHT after, I dynoed today for an after view of what my exhaust did, and I didn't gain A SINGLE hp... why? the stock ECU and boost solenoid were going INSANE, and I was running 15psi with no boost taper at all.... a boost controller, an I should gain ~30whp or more, is what the shop claimed... and then a tune to fix the richness, and they said that'd be ANOTHER 30-50 whp! Who knows if they're right, but it was still ULTRA pig rich (back fired EVERY time the throttle was let out)

if u wanna get that horse up to 375 right away, start with a cat back system, Apexi or K&N filter, manual boost controller, and an Apexi Afc II should run u about $1100 to $1300 with a tune

I have an Apex'i Power Intake and a Turbo XS blow off valve and my car is great. I've had my car since December '03 and those mods don't void your warranty. I've been happy with that combo so i'd reccomend that. But if i could i would change my blow off valve to the HKS SQV. Well good luck.

TBE (Turbo back exhaust) first. Why; because the good ones are worth 30 to 40 horsepower with no other mods and is the best bang for the buck, then you can get a boost controller and a tune next. If you get the tune first you will have to do it again after you get the TBE
